Dr. Harbeen Arora Rai is the Global Chairperson of ALL Ladies League. She has set up ALL to facilitate and fortify robust participation of women in all walks of life — be it business, economy or society.
By having an all-women network throughout India and other parts of the world, Dr. Harbeen is striving to create a truly connected world with women as change agents who can collaborate for the progress and prosperity of society across the world.
Her vision for ALL is to make it a source of support and empowerment to every woman in every part of the world. The overarching aim is to create a worldwide web of women to support and empower one another, beyond boundaries.
ALL operates in an open and world-engaging way, inviting maximum participation from women across the globe, with Indian women playing a leadership role. Its open architecture allows productive alliances with other organizations, inclusive agendas, and rapid outreach. Its distributed leadership model enables every lady member to contribute and create, bringing new dimensions, directions and diversity in women’s leadership.
